A few days ago I was chatting with a friend which was surprised to know I was eating grapes 🍇 at 10:30pm.

Whether you’re eating at 1pm or at 9pm if your not in a calorie surplus (eating more calories than your burning) than you’re not going to put on weight.

Eating late at night may disrupt your sleep 😴 and that’s why it is recommended you don’t eat for at least 2-3 hours before going to bed but will not make you gain extra weight.
