Every day of eating is not the same, and it shouldn’t be. One day I’ll want gluten, and another day I’ll want all veggies. One day I’ll want chocolate, and one day I’ll want fruit. ????

Sometimes I’ll be hungry when I wake up, so I’ll eat a big breakfast. But by lunch I won’t be that hungry so I’ll have a light sandwich, like the pictured ☝?pepper sandwich. Sometimes I won’t be hungry to eat much in the morning but will want a larger lunch.
