Finally tried Starbuck’s new Cold Brew with Dark Cocoa Almondmilk Foam? yesterday so it was about time for another FUN? weight loss swap⠀

If you’ve followed me for a hot minute you know my stance on FUN? foods… they can fit??‍♀️ the truth is if you track your calories, fit them into your weight loss range and hit your weekly average… results will come!?⠀

That being said, most of my clients?‍♀️ don’t drink coffee as a treat. It’s an every day situation!!? So if you’re like me and the rest of the fit babe community❤️ choosing lower calorie drinks from Starbucks are always a better idea to make sure your 3pm afternoon treat isn’t super high in calories and loaded with sugar??⠀

Instead of an iced caffe mocha, if you’re looking for a lower calorie drink get the right???⠀

Moral of the story: don’t cut out entire food groups?? The reason why is because when you cut out entire food groups when trying to lose weight, you will feel deprived??‍♀️ and more likely to go back into your old habits?
