I know most people are sticking with Friday chips but I’m just going to be awkward and eat pizza ? Before you ask, I didn’t make the crust, it’s a store bought ‘free from’ crust from Tesco (I think).

1. I am a biomedical scientist & nutritionist. I love everything nutrition, health and fitness related.

2. I am a natural cosmetics formulator. I particularly enjoy making body butters and haircare products. I intend to start putting recipes/formulations on my blog very soon.

3. I come across as a quiet, shy person when you meet me, but I am actually quite talkative once you get to know me.

4. I hate it when people tell lies especially when they’re unnecessary. It really really really gets under my skin ?.

5. Music is the one thing that gets me out of a bad mood. When I’m in a good mood, I play very loud music and dance without a care in the world ?

6. I have two kids aged 5 & 2, they drive me crazy most times but I love them more than anything else in this world ?

7. The only language I speak is English, I really wish I could speak another language.

8. My favourite sport is tennis. I secretly wish I was a professional tennis player. Though I’m not sure I would have done well as I’m a tiny 5’3. ?Most tennis players are tall.

9. Dogs are my favourite pets. I had one as little girl but when it died, we never got another. Cats scare me ?so I prefer not to be around them.

10. I want to help as many women as possible eat a healthy vegan diet, life a fit lifestyle and feel amazing. I’m still trying to figure a way to make this happen but I’m working on it ? ~
