I wanted to show you something completely different today but my cravings dictated otherwise. One of the things I’ve learned since practising intuitive eating and trying to get more connected with my body is to eat whatever I want to eat when I want it.
If I try to eat something else to stop another craving, it leads to hell! I end up eating way too much food and not feeling satisfied and then still going back to eat what I wanted in the first place – complete waste of time. –
I made my cheesy pasta again, this time with broccoli and corn. I was too impatient to let the corn grill properly in the oven 🙈 but it still tastes good so win.
