Sundays are literally food fun days over here. Apart from that it’s my 7th wedding anniversary tomorrow so my mother-in-law treated us. She had a chef come in to cook for my husband and I. Thankfully, the chef had a proper understanding of what veganism is so I didn’t have to do too much explaining. He made curried fried rice with tofu, green pepper and mushrooms in black bean sauce and vegetable samosas. This tasted so good, no it wasn’t oil-free. The chef couldn’t comprehend oil-free cooking so I just stayed content with the fact that he understood veganism. You win some, you lose some right? ?
