Almond butter udon noodles for dinner tonight. Thanks to @purplecarrotxo for yet another amazing dish. Today I spent all day preparing for the next blissful pop up dinner and that last thing I wanted to do was think of what to make for dinner… mostly because I didn’t want to re- clean the kitchen… who’s with me? ??♀️ but seriously purple carrot is so convenient for those busy days.
