Celebrating FRYDAY with these garlicy fries + avocado dip ✨ These were SO good and paired perfectly with a side of veggies + hummus- clearly I’m all about the dips recently 😂.
To make 👇🏼:
Preheat oven to 450 deg F. Slice potatoes into fry shape and toss with garlic powder (about 1 tsp) + salt. Bake for 25 minutes until soft on the inside + crispy on the outside. Meanwhile, whisk together 1/2 avocado, 1 tbsp vegan mayo, 1 tsp lime juice + a pinch of salt. Use as a dip for the fries + enjoy! 💛
