Embracing all things cool weather this week as the temperature drops here in TO ? I swear we skipped fall completely and jumped right into winter, but tbh I don’t mind because that means eating all the soup and drinking all the hot chocolate ☕️.

This soup is loosely based off the one I posted a few days ago, just swapping chickpeas for lentils and using the veggies I had left in the fridge! ✨ I hope you’re all having an amazing Friday eve ?
