Throwback to last month 😉 ~The carrot 🥕 transformed in a vegan Rueben sandwich, topped with gooey hemp/cashew Swiss cheese, special sauce, and store bought sauerkraut on rye. Recipe from #blissfulbasilcookbook A new favorite cookbook of mine, so I wanted to share this pic again. It’s a good example of how @blissfulbasil helped me to learn to create a variety of yummy vegan cheeses in an easily accessible and flexible way, using natural ingredients and not always depending on commercial brands. 👍🏻I have used her cheese recipes when making quesadillas, nachos, and grilled cheese. So great 😊
