I haven’t had pasta in over a week it seems, not sure how that’s happened ?

Today I fancied some ‘meatballs’ so I whizzes up some chickpeas with cumin, garlic, onions, fresh and ground coriander. I added a little of flour to make the mixture rollable then baked them in the oven until they were lovely and crispy on the outside but soft in the middle.

I served them over fusilli pasta, tomato sauce then sprinkled some freshly parsley ?

Who else watched the Royal wedding today? How beautiful was it ?
