Carrot fries aren’t a “bad” thing to make. I actually very much so enjoy them ? and I have no food rules! But I see them as a fun way to eat a veggie, not a french fry replacement. I like to do a mix of carrot & potato fries so that way my body still gets a more significant carbohydrate source which I know is so important for my body to feel energized and to feel satisfied after a meal (otherwise I’ll be in the pantry desperately searchin’ for the ? ?? 15 minutes after!)

Living with no food rules is all about seeing food for what it is: a carrot is a carrot. A french fry is a french fry. Neither is better or worse. ❤️ They’re just different and fabulous in their own way. This is what I teach step-by-step in @the_socieaty.
