Carbohydrates – Vegetables – Protein – Healthy Fats


Just finished 10 days vacation! 🏖 Have been lacking some serious motivation lately – Was nice to reset, spend less time on social media, get outside, and catch up with friends & family 💕 Looking forward to hitting the gym hard and getting back to preps like this one ⬇️⠀
◾Carbohydrates – Roasted sweet potatoes, brown jasmine rice, bananas & apples 🍏⠀
◾Vegetables – Steamed asparagus + a lot of raw veggies 🥗 Celery, cucumber, bell peppers, carrots, snap peas & spring mix⠀
◾Protein – Turkey sausages, eggs + egg whites 🍳 and chicken ⠀
◾Fats – Natual PB, mixed nuts, hemp hearts, ghee, hummus & guacamole 🥑
