nourish bowl with air fryer tofu
Keeping it simple today – nourish bowl with air fryer tofu which I made by coating the tofu in turmeric and salt and cooking it in the air fryer at 200 degrees C/390 F for 10 minutes (would you all like me to post more air-fryer recipes on my blog? Let me know!), noodles, Brussels sprouts, cucumber, edamame, avocado, blueberries and spinach. For my dressing, I used 2 tbsp tahini mixed with the juice of 1/2 lemon and a pinch of salt. I handed in my final essay for this term today, so now it really does feel like vacation is almost here (or, more accurately, preparing for next term’s paper hahah). Happy Wednesday everyone! ?
