Instead of getting frustrated that our bodies are hungry before our “usual” lunchtime try this ?
.
Respond to that hunger by saying “Hmmm. Ok! Got it!”…. That’s it.
.
When we try to “hold off” and wait until our “acceptable” lunch time we’ll probably be oooooverly hungry by then and just inhale our food in 0.67 seconds, be less likely to listen to fullness cues, and likely to overeat. It just doesn’t feel good.

Instead of watching the clock watch your hunger cues.
