This is why I don’t have smoothies often. I find personally they don’t satisfy my hunger, but for some they can work. How do they go for you? ????

While smoothies can be a suitable breakfast it’s important to keep them balanced by:
☑️ Adding a source of protein such as milk or yoghurt (preferably protein rich) or protein powder. Unfortunately relying on milk alternatives and nuts and seeds won’t provide enough protein to make a smoothie filling.
☑️ Stick with a max of 1-2 pieces of fruit.
☑️Healthy fats will help to slow the digestion and might help with satiety also.
