Baked beans are seriously one of the most healthy lockdown stapes to keep in you…

Baked beans are seriously one of the most healthy lockdown stapes to keep in your cupboard and you can upgrade them and stay full for longer by simply adding an extra serve of beans (200gm instead of 100gm will give you approx 10gm of protein and 10gm of fibre) to your meal.⠀
.⠀
Choose a high protein/high fibre toast (choose a bread with at least 5gm of fibre per serve- some breads contain as much as 11gm)as well as one that is high in protein as these two food components will also keep you full and satisfied for longer.⠀
.⠀
Adding some extra veg to your meal is also an easy one and will provide additional filling fibre. Veg which pair perfectly with your baked beans include- chopped spinach leaves, grated zucchini, finely chopped mushies and grated carrot??⠀
