Feeling SAUCY on this first day of 2018! I made some Cauliflower “wings”! One of my New Year’s goals is to try to eat plant based for one day out of every week. So today I made some curried cauliflower wings and 3 dipping sauces…and the sauces are tofu based! I hope you all had a glorious NYE and sending you light and love for the new year. •

Deets: the wings are baked in a batter of curry, chickpea flour and almond milk (will post recipe on the blog). Topped with pomegranate seeds, avocado, red onion, @pickledplanet kraut, @soomfoods tahini and parsley. The dipping sauces are made from silken tofu…one puréed with herbed seasoning, another with @fixhotsauce sriracha and another with @fixhotsauce lemongrass sriracha.
