I’m starting to get very excited about whole foods like I was at the beginning of my plant-based journey. To be honest with you, I got bored mid last year ? and just felt like eating the same foods day in, day out. It is a miracle I didn’t show you the same bowls daily ?. The cloud has finally shifted, and now I’m getting those newbie feels again ??

Today I made this bowl of butter beans (cooked in a tomato sauce with cumin, thyme, cayenne, chervil, and veggie stock), sumac roasted ?, steamed kale (should have been spinach, but it disappeared from the fridge ?) and brown rice. Let me know if you want the full recipe, and I’ll deliver ?
