One way to support a healthy immune system is to include anti-inflammatory foods. The foods on the right contain compounds that have been shown to reduce anti-inflammatory markers in the body.

Diets high in the foods on the left have been shown to increase to increase inflammation.

If you need omega-3s for arthritis or other inflammatory joint conditions then speak to your doctor or dietitian because a supplement may be required to get the dose required for your condition.

Many veg also contain anti-inflammatory compounds (some which we may not even know about yet) so getting at least 5 serves daily is also a must!
