I recently got asked about kicking a chocolate habit.
Personally I think there is zero point in complete avoidance, it doesn’t work and often leads to obsessive thoughts, and unnecessary guilt.
While there’s nothing wrong with a bit of extra chocolate now and then, if you’re peckish mid afternoon or after dinner then consider what might satisfy both your hunger and also your chocolate craving a little better. This is one alternative
