Just because you’re a woman doesn’t necessarily mean you should be eating less!! There are SO many factors that go into how much you should be eating – your metabolism, your appetite, your goals, your activity levels, whether you want that extra piece of cake ? and so forth
Not only this, but we should not be perpetuating the idea that women should always “just have a salad” or be watching their weight and calorie intake. It’s OK to eat. It’s OK to enjoy food. It’s OK to satiate your appetite ? Do not feel guilty for eating whether you’ve just had a superfood smoohie or a massive doughnut. Listen to your body and do that suits you best ❤️ P.S. after I took this photo I added another slice of toast and more baked beans because this really wasn’t a big portion ?
