Presenting Dark Chocolate Covered Coconut Cookies with Sea Salt! Using my favorite @emmysorganics (you know I love these – find them at @wholefoods @walmart etc). I coated them in a gorgeous bath of dark chocolate (used 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips and melted it with 1/2 tbsp coconut oil), refrigerated for 30 minutes, and then sprinkled with flaky sea salt. This is going to be your new favorite treat ? I plan to smuggle these into my favorite coffee shop to do some work! Happy Tuesday!!!!! #EmmysOrganics
