Here are just SOME of the pantry staples we use at our place.

A few notes on some of the specifics:
– Muesli – Should probably make my own but we mostly don’t. I buy those that are untoasted, have no added sugar and where the total sugars (that come from dried fruit) are <15g/100g. I am also mindful of my portion size when pouring into my bowl.

Pasta- we keep both white and brown pasta.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Tinned tuna- we have both flavoured and unflavoured varieties. For flavoured I check the label to avoid added sugar.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Brown rice - I look for that labelled as low GI (glycemic index).
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
For legumes and lentils we have a combo of dried and canned for convenience. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
