A few notes on some of the specifics:
– Muesli – Should probably make my own but we mostly don’t. I buy those that are untoasted, have no added sugar and where the total sugars (that come from dried fruit) are <15g/100g. I am also mindful of my portion size when pouring into my bowl. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Pasta- we keep both white and brown pasta. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Tinned tuna- we have both flavoured and unflavoured varieties.
